Marshmoor Park are proud members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and National Caravan Council.
Homes are purchased with a regulated licence agreement, where a weekly pitch fee is paid by the home owner. This fee is reviewed annually. Pitch fees at Marshmoor Park are currently from £56.00 per week.

Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets onto the site. Also the site is for residents over the age of 25.
SHOPS & AMENITIES
There are shops nearby for essential items in the local villages and towns including Bildeston, Hadleigh, Debenham and Surrounding areas
There are a variety of shops in the two nearby towns, shops can also be found in Needham Market and Stowmarket.
Doctors surgeries are available in the local towns with Hospitals that are located in both Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds both of these have A&E. Dental practices are available in Hadleigh, Needham Market, Stowmarket and Ipswich
A mobile library visits the park regularly for you to enjoy a selection of books.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Suffolk has a rich culture and history with the gorgeous Bury St Edmunds Abbey is 30 minutes away and Framlingham Castle (as featured in the Ed Sheeran song 'Castle on the Hill') being close by as well.
Woodbridge Mill is just over half an hour away, and Boat Trips on the River Stour are only 30 minutes away.
There are many rural footpaths with views across the countryside, including the coastal resort town of Felixstowe which is only 30 minutes from the park.
GETTING OUT & ABOUT
Fancy some time out? There are a variety of pubs in the local area with the nearest coastal resorts being Felixstowe and Harwich only a short drive away.
There is an on demand rural minibus available (24 hours notice required). There is a bus stop at the end of the lane approx ¼ mile and you can get to London from Stowmarket train station in less than 90 minutes.
