Greenacres Park have a permanent site licence so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind. All of our new homes are fuelled with a natural gas supply and come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty.
Homes are purchased with a regulated licence agreement, where a weekly pitch fee is paid by the home owner. This fee is reviewed annually. Pitch fees at Greenacres Park are currently from £72.64 per week.

Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets onto the site. Also the site is for residents over the age of 25.

Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem pub is next to Nottingham Castle and claims to be the oldest pub in the Uk, there are records to show that it has been a pub since 1751 but no records to back up the claim that it dates back to 1189.
There is a bus stop a short walk from the park that goes into Nottingham City Centre. Once in Nottingham you can make the most of the tram system. Nottingham station is a mainline station, London takes less than 1hr 45 minutes.
