PARK INFORMATION
Greenacres Park have a permanent site licence so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind. All of our homes are fuelled with a natural gas supply and come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty.
Homes are purchased with a regulated licence agreement, where a weekly pitch fee is paid by the home owner. This fee is reviewed annually. Pitch fees at Greenacres Park are currently from £70.19 per week.
Council tax is band A
Greenacres Park are proud members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets onto the site. Also the site is for residents over the age of 25.
SHOPS & AMENITIES
West Bridgford
Is home to many shops and supermarkets such as Asda, Marks and Spencer. Other shops in the local area include Boots, Iceland, various opticians and a variety of independent specialist shops.
There are also some lovely cafes for a cup of tea and a cake.
Nottingham and Surrounding areas
Nottingham city centre has a very wide variety of shops and restaurants. Nottingham University Hospital is the largest teaching hospital in Europe. Nottingham is also home to the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
River Trent is the third longest river in the UK is perfect for boat trips and fishing.
Wollaton Hall is set in 500 acres of land, there is a history museum and Nottinghams industrial museum situated there too. It is famous for being the backdrop in the Batman film The Dark Knight Rises. It is all only a 20 minutes away.
Greens Windmill is a working windmill where you can see the how grain is turned into flour using the power of wind.
Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem pub is next to Nottingham Castle and claims to be the oldest pub in the Uk, there are records to show that it has been a pub since 1751 but no records to back up the claim that it dates back to 1189.
There is a bus stop a short walk from the park that goes into Nottingham City Centre. Once in Nottingham you can make the most of the tram system. Nottingham station is a mainline station, London takes less than 1hr 45 minutes.
